Detailed Itinerary


Day 1 : Haridwar – Joshimath (280 kms / 9 hrs drive)


This morning get ready to start your journey towards Joshimath at 6 a.m.. We will meet and assist you in Haridwar. While travelling to Joshimath you can explore the three major confluences - Devprayag, Rudraprayag and Karnaprayag and then proceed towards Joshimath. On reaching the check-in to the hotel, take your dinner and overnight stay in Joshimath.

Day 2 : Joshimath – Badrinath – Laxmi Van (46 kms drive / 8.5 kms trek)


Today is the first day of your trek to Laxmi Van, at an altitude of 12,000ft. Morning after breakfast drive towards Laxmivan after driving for an hour your trek will start which takes around 4-5 hrs to reach. You will see the mighty 400ft Vasudhara Falls on the opposite banks after a while. On reaching check-in to your camp and taking a rest. Dinner and overnight stay in Laxmi Van.

Day 3 : Laxmi Van – Chakrateerth (9.5 kms trek)


Today, in the morning after having breakfast; we’ll keep moving towards Chakrateerth. As we climb up the valley, views of Neelkanth, Balakun and Chaukhamba open up. You are at an altitude of 14,000 ft. At higher altitude weather becomes unpredictable post noon. Make sure you reach the campsite as early as possible. After reaching the campsite, do not explore yourself too much in the cold. Enjoy your dinner and night stay in camp.

Day 4 : Chakrateerth – Satopanth Lake – Chakrateerth (total 10 kms trek)


In the morning, have your breakfast and start your trek to Satopanth lake, a 5 kms trek which will take around 2-3 hrs to reach. Satopanth lake is a three cornered lake with icy cold, crystal clear, emerald waters with a circumference of about 1 km, it is situated at an elevation of 4465 mts above sea level. It is well known in the world for its strange beauty and serene heavenly surroundings. Later make your way back to Chakrateerth for a night stay.

Day 5 : Chakrateerth – Samtoli (11 kms trek)


In the morning after having your breakfast; we’ll keep moving back towards Samtoli, which is situated at an altitude of 11,745ft above sea level. After reaching Samtoli, have your dinner and overnight stay in camp.

Day 6 : Samtoli – Mana - Pipalkoti (7 kms trek / 80 kms drive)


This is the last trek. In the morning, have your breakfast and drive back towards Pipalkoti via Mana – India’s last village. After reaching Pipalkoti, check in to your hotel. Have your dinner and overnight stay in Pipalkoti.

Day 7 : Pipalkoti – Haridwar (240 kms / 8 drive)


This is your last day of the trip. Morning after having breakfast, keep moving back towards Haridwar via Srinagar. En route visit Maa Dhari Devi Temple and then proceed towards Haridwar. I hope you enjoyed it a lot. And it’s time to get back to your home. Thank You.
